Return and Exchanges
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during peak periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.
How to return your parcel to us?
In Store Return
Drop your email to email@example.com or message us @Facebook to our friendly Customer Care Team for further advise action.
- Ensure the products has the original tags and its condition must be unworn and unwashed.
- Fill up Return Form and Order Invoice in the parcel and pass to our sales associate of the outlet you would like to visit.
- Simply inform us when your return arrangement to boutique store in advance.
Return to warehouse
Simply complete the return form that can be found in the parcel with reason indication. Please return to parcel at SingPost counter or any preferred postal service.
All return postal fees and customer charges shall be borne by customer. For verification purposes, please keep your postal service's receipts.

- Inform our Customer Care Team your registered tracking number and the postal service you opted for. Bear in mind that we shall not be responsible for any lost mail if the return parcel is unregistered.
Your order will be fully refunded through the online payment service you had registered within 7 business days. Strictly no cash refund will be allowed in any physical stores.
